City of Los Angeles, Northeast Police Station Parking Structure

ProjectLine provided electrical and mechanical 30% design (MEP) as subconsultant to Brooks + Scarpa for a 200+ space parking structure added to the City’s Northeast Police Station. The preliminary design was used as the basis for design-build procurement of the new parking structure. ProjectLine’s role included defining requirements for: power supply to the structure from existing Police Station electrical distribution panels; lighting design for Title 24; fire safety code compliance for existing adjacent fueling station; EV charging stations; sprinkler and standpipe fire protection systems; provisions for future roof-mounted solar PV; and a vehicle washing facility. ProjectLine also reviewed the design-builder’s design submittals for conformance to City requirements.
