Storm Water Improvements, Phases 1 and 2 – Industrial Client

ProjectLine constructed Water Quality and BMP Improvements for an industrial client in the San Diego area, including drainage piping and 12,000 sf of concrete flatwork placed to precision grades using laser screed prior to finishing. Phase 2 construction includes five stormwater pump vaults, a 375,000 gallon stormwater tank, a 238 gpm Aquip Treatment System, and related interconnecting piping, pumps, valves, flow meters, control systems and electrical work. The project required close coordination with the Owner to mitigate impacts to facility operation throughout construction. The project addressed water quality issues with stormwater runoff from the site to an adjacent creek.​
